Order from Doctor Comfy Sleep

At Doctor Comfy Sleep you can safely and easily order medical sleep products, such as a bite guard, anti-snoring brace or weighted sleep masks.

Your account

In your account you provide your name, address details, email address and payment details. Access to your account is secured with a password chosen by you. In addition to your details, you can also find your order history and any order reminders in your account.

Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new password here.

Change data

You can change your details (including address and password) in your account yourself.

Cancel an order

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to help you. We advise you to contact us as soon as possible, because your order may already be in the processing and can then no longer be cancelled. If your package is not yet on its way, the order can easily be cancelled. If the package is already on its way, you may return it after receipt (at your own expense).

Payment options

You can pay with Ideal, PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, and afterwards with Klarna.

Delivery time

If you order on a working day before 14:00 and the product is marked “In stock”, we will pack your order that same day. As soon as we pack your order, you will receive a Track & Trace code from us with which you can track the order. PostNL strives to deliver the order to your home the next day.

Warranty period

We always apply the statutory warranty periods. Statutory warranty means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it. A product should not show any defects that cannot be expected during the expected lifespan with normal use. If the product does not meet expectations, we will repair it free of charge or, in consultation with you, deliver a replacement product.

Shipping method

Your order will be delivered to your home by PostNL. As soon as the order is shipped by us, you will receive an email with the code that you can use to track your order on www.tracktrace.nl .

Not at home when delivered

If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the order will be delivered to your neighbours or a collection point nearby by PostNL.

Didn't receive package?

Was the package you ordered not delivered to your home or to the collection point? We request that you report the defect to us as soon as possible after discovery. We will then start an investigation with PostNL and ensure that your package still ends up at your home.
