How does ordering from Doctor Comfy Sleep work?
You can easily and quickly place the desired products in your shopping cart. Once your order is complete, you will be guided through the necessary follow-up steps.
I have placed my order but would like to change it, is that possible?
No problem. If this is the case, it is best to contact our customer service . If your order has not yet been packed, we can of course make changes to your order. Has the order already been packed and have you forgotten a product? Then place a new order. Have you changed your mind and do you no longer want your product? You can return your order as soon as you have received it.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, it is best to contact our customer service . We are happy to help you. Please note! If your order is in the processing process, it can no longer be cancelled. If your package has not yet been shipped, we can easily cancel the order. Is your package already on its way? You can return your order as soon as you have received it.

How do I know if my payment went through?
You will always receive a confirmation after payment in the email you entered for your order. Did you not receive a confirmation by email? Please contact us by clicking here .

How do I use a Doctor Comfy Sleep discount code?
You can enter your discount code in the shopping cart to redeem the discount. Your discount will then be deducted at checkout.
My discount code doesn't work, what now?
If a discount code you received from us does not work, we advise you to contact us before you complete your order. It is not possible to apply a discount code afterwards to a placed and paid order.
Our customer service will be happy to help you and can provide you with a new discount code if necessary.
Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
If you place an order on a working day before 14:00 and the product is listed as in stock, we will ship your order that same day. As soon as the order is packed, you will receive a Track & Trace code from us with which you can track the order. Our delivery services ( DHL & PostNL ) strive to deliver orders to your home the next day.
If we do not have a product in stock, the expected delivery time of the product will be stated and you will receive an email within one working day about the exact delivery date.
You will receive a Track & Trace code from us at all times as soon as the package has been shipped. This way you can follow the progress of your order yourself. Did you not receive a Track & Trace code? Please contact us here , then we will look into it for you.
What are your shipping costs?
For orders under €29,- the standard shipping costs we charge are €3.95. For orders above €29,- we deliver your order for free in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Can I pick up my order from you?
You cannot pick up your order at our address. You can pick up your order at the PostNL pick-up location you specified.

Warranty & Returns
I would like to return (part of) my order, is that possible?
Before you want to return something, we advise you to contact our customer service . Then we try to see together what is the best method for you to return your product.
The products should be returned in the original factory packaging, if reasonably possible. Returns are at the buyer's risk. In other words: Doctor Comfy Sleep is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. The costs incurred for returning (return costs) are at your own expense.

How long do I have to return something?
After receiving your order, you always have 14 days to cancel the order and after cancellation you have another 14 days to return the products.
I received the wrong product or a damaged product, what now?
That's unfortunate to hear. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer service as soon as possible. If desired, we will deliver a replacement product.
Do I have a warranty on my product?
We work with and apply the statutory warranty periods. Statutory warranty means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it. A product should not show any defects that cannot be expected during the expected lifespan with normal use. If the product does not meet expectations, we will repair it free of charge or, if agreed with you, we will deliver a replacement product.
When will I get my money back if I return an item?
First, we will send you an email to confirm that your return has been processed.
We will refund the amount paid by you including the shipping costs as soon as possible (excluding optional additional costs such as evening delivery), at the latest within 14 days after notification of the return.

Where can I sign up for your newsletter?
You can sign up for the Doctor Comfy Sleep newsletter at the bottom of (almost) every page of our website. When you sign up, you will receive (among other things) tips, promotions, news, the newest products and much more! Where can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
At the bottom of the newsletter you will see the option: “ Click here to unsubscribe .” If you click on this and confirm the unsubscribe, you will no longer receive newsletters from us.
Complaints
I have a complaint, where can I submit it?
That is unfortunate to hear. We always strive for the best products and service and we are very sorry to hear that you have a complaint. We kindly request that you submit your complaint to our customer service . We will then do our best to find a joint solution. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint.
