Here you will find information about returning undamaged items. If you have received an item damaged or if it has become defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancel order

At Doctor Comfy Sleep you always have 14 days after receiving your order to revoke it. After revocation you have another 14 days to return the products. The items should, if reasonably possible, be returned in the original factory packaging. Returns are at your own risk. This means that Doctor Comfy Sleep is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods that is the result of use that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Therefore, always ask for a 3S number at the post office and keep it safe.

Exception to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.

Easy returns within the Netherlands and Belgium

At Doctor Comfy Sleep you always have 14 days after receiving your order to revoke. After revocation you have another 14 days to return the products. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please contact our customer service for this. You can also choose to return the products within the 14-day reflection period and add a message in which you indicate your revocation.

Method of sending a return

If you are returning from the Netherlands and the package does not fit through the letterbox, you can drop it off at a PostNL agency. PostNL provides packages with a 3S code, which you can use to track the shipping process via www.tracktrace.nl . Always ask for the 3S number.

Using our reply number

Would you like to use our reply number? Please contact our customer service in advance. They will send you our reply number and the return procedure by email. For a return shipment within the Netherlands you pay €4.88 per package and for a return shipment from Belgium €7.90 per package. These costs will be deducted from the return amount afterwards.

Refund of the purchase amount

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. You will not receive a replacement for the returned item. We will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs for the original delivery, as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notification of the return. We will refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
